Jessi Tiernan, ARNP

​​​​​​​I am the creator and provider at Natural Health Family Medicine Clinic. I have been in nursing since 2004 and a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner since 2015. To say I love what I do is an understatement!

As a Nurse Practitioner, it is my job to help people get well and stay well. Working in conventional medicine, one thing that used to bother me as a provider was patients telling me that they did not feel well but their blood work didn’t show abnormalities. So it was a trial of this pill or another that didn’t really make much of a difference. I always felt there was something missing. That missing piece was discovered when I dove into functional medicine.

Less than a month into my functional program, I knew I had found what I was looking for. Through this program, I found many simple and natural ways to enhance prevention, wellness, and health as well as natural paths to healing for those patients with acute and chronic conditions that seemingly have no answers.

Now I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with you in a new kind of family practice setting that allows for open communication between my patients and me without feeling rushed or disregarded. I am excited to take a deeper look into what’s really going on in the body and how we can move toward correction and healing. Most importantly, I want to provide a safe space for all patients to feel like they truly have a choice in their own health and healing journey!

My most coveted titles are wife and mom. I love cooking, being outdoors, doing yoga, reading, and spending time with close friends and family.
