I am the creator and provider at Natural Health Family Medicine Clinic. I have been in nursing since 2004 and a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner since 2015. To say I love what I do is an understatement!

As a Nurse Practitioner, I have built my career around helping people get well and stay well. I truly respect what both conventional and functional medicine bring to the table for health and healing.
After years of being in conventional medicine and witnessing its life saving powers, there was still something missing for me. Conventional medicine was not keeping up with the everyday person and preventing illness and disease.

I started into Functional Nutrition and from there gained insight into a whole new world of medicine and healing, true prevention and life giving power.

Functional Nutrition and Medicine is getting to the root of what is really going on in the body and healing the body from the inside out.

I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with you in a new kind of medicine that allows for open communication between my patients and I without feeling rushed or disregarded. I am excited to take a deeper look into what’s really going on in the body and how we can move towards correction and healing. Most importantly, I want to provide a space for patients to feel like they truly have a voice in their own health and healing journey!

My most coveted titles are wife and mom. I love cooking, being outdoors, doing yoga, reading, and spending time with close friends and family.
