Bloodwork

We offer a full Functional Lab Panel for a comprehensive evaluation of your health. We compare your results to both the standard medical range as well as the optimal functional medicine ranges!

These labs include: metabolic markers including glucose, A1c and insulin, hormones, inflammation markers, vitamin levels including D, B12 and folate, full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3/T4, thyroid antibodies and reverse T3), blood counts, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, protein analysis, Iron/ferritin, lipid panel and additional lipid testing upon request or recommendation.

*we offer many additional labs as directed by your provider or upon patient request.

Functional Lab Report

Your results will be printed in a functional lab report detailing each result and its meaning toward optimizing your health. You will review these results in person with your provider.

Lab Draw

All bloodwork will be drawn at Natural Health Family Medicine Clinic and is processed through Quest Diagnostics.

Payment options

Insurance – Natural Health Family Medicine Clinic will submit to Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance only. It is patients responsibility to know their own insurance coverage including deductible, lab coverage and co-insurance.

Insurance other than BCBS/No Insurance (self pay) – Patients who do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage will pay for the lab panel at time of service and will receive a superbill (receipt) that they can submit to their own insurance company for direct reimbursement.
